*Stay in a diagonal lunge position for squats. Touch ground by front foot heel.
** Start feet together. Jump forward, landing feet wider then shoulders. Back to starting position feet together. Jump back, feet wide. Return to starting position & repeat.
***Feet side – toed pointed out. Jump to feet close and toed pointed in. Repeat
