Straight Arm Froggers w/Banzai Hop 3 X 1min (Frogger stance w/arm straight in front > Normal Frogger Hop > Frogger Stance > Low Squat Jump in Frogger Stance > Repeat
Downward dog to Cobra 5 min (Go slow and stay in each position for 3-5 seconds. Take breaks as needed.)
