  2. Patrick, Sorry for the delay in response!

A "JB" is a core exercise. Lay down, face up, on one side of a gym mat or smooth surface. (Carpet is fine - just make sure there is no skin contact or you'll get a rug burn.) For the purpose of illustration - imagine you are laying on the left side of an 8 foot mat.

The start position is knees up at a 90degree angle. Hands should be held over your head - they shouldn't touch the ground. The movement is as follows:
    - Shift your shoulders to the right - pivoting off your hips/lower back.
    - Shift your hips to the right - pivoting off of your shoulders.

Work your way to the right side of the mat then move back to the left. If you don't have a mat - just make sure that you are spending equal time moving left and right. It starts out easy and becomes brutal quickly.

JB is named after Jonathon. He introduced me to the movement with a name not appropriate for little ears. However, there is a reasonable chance it'll come to mind as you do the workout.
