10 Feb Core Class (Obj: Assessment & Strength)



Individual Assessment:
·          Broad Jump: 3 jumps. The last is your new starting point.
·          Airborne Squat: How good is form on each leg?
·          Pushup: How good is form on pushup?
·          Bridge Press Up: Are you able to press into bridge? What level can you get to?
·          Chin-Up: At what level can you perform with good form?
·          Pike Press: At what level can you perform?
·          L-Sit: At what level?
