18 May Core Class (Obj: Strength & Power)



Follow the Power to the People Protocol as described above. 

Deadlift
- Set 1 @ slightly more weight then previous workout. 5 reps
- Set 2 @ 90% weight of above. 5 reps

Weighted Pullup
·          Same as above

Dumbbell Military Press
·          Same as above.

 Burpee Pullups  100

(If outside)
Awful Intervals:  

Pace workout: Burpees
1) 25 SB Rows
2) 50 4ct flutter kicks
3) 75 pushups

Everyone does burpees except the first person in line who does rows. When the first person in line has completed rows the second person begins doing roes. The first person then begins flutter kicks. Then pushups. If you are waiting for someone do burpees.
