- Set 1 @ slightly more weight then
previous workout. 5 reps
- Set 2 @ 90% weight of above. 5 reps
Weighted Pullup

Dumbbell Military Press

Burpee Pullups 100
(If outside)
Awful Intervals:
Pace workout: Burpees
1) 25 SB Rows
2) 50 4ct flutter kicks
3) 75 pushups
Everyone does burpees except the first person in line who does rows. When the first person in line has completed rows the second person begins doing roes. The first person then begins flutter kicks. Then pushups. If you are waiting for someone do burpees.
