Christian - I love your workouts. I still do them at home every wednesday. I also liked the slogan, "like cross fit, but hard" better than your current one.

Ok - the wall tuck - this is a progression of the planche progressions. Look at the link to an article on planche progressions. You'll see that the 'tuck planche' is the second position. Another way of doing this is to back up against the wall and hold your feet against the wall. It provides slightly more stability.
One trick to any planche is to find your balance point - somewhere by your hips - and try to keep your hands there. You'll need to build up to this (try planche pushups - feet on ground but hands back at the balance point)
