Flow-Fit - 18 minutes
Stand and Squat to:
- Quad Hop
- Kick Through or Half Sweep
- Mt. Climber or Twist
- Upward Dog
- Swaying, Swinging or Springing Tripod
- Spinal Rock
Finish with 50 pullups (men) 30 pullups (women)
